I'm a pharmacist and operator who builds the systems behind how a business runs. Twelve-plus years running healthcare operations, including owning and running my own pharmacy, now applied independently to the work that decides whether a growing operation thrives or strains under its own weight.
That's the unglamorous side of growth: financial models and pro formas, process and systems design, the infrastructure that holds an operation together as it scales. It's rooted in pharmacy, but very little of it is pharmacy-specific. Most of it applies to any owner-run or growing business.
